We want you to sponsor our event May 2-3, 2022 because spring in Austin is beautiful, our building choices matter and our attendees are your target market.
The Humid Climate Conference will be attended by 325+ of the most excited, thoughtful and cutting edge professionals working on the built environment from around the world. Each previous conference sold out months in advance and we were turning people away on the day of the event. Past conferences have had attendees from Texas (about 65%) and at least 10 other states, Canada and Mexico. We are already working with people from Japan, China and Mexico to bring in more international expertise this year.
Attendees have almost all been product specifiers - with architects, builders, and building consultants making up most of the group. Many were from design/build firms, engineering firms, green building consulting groups, market rate and workforce housing developers, and trade subcontractors (HVAC, Insulation, carpenters). We expect this to be more or less the same (although we are actively courting the local development community and policy makers).
Feedback from sponsors of previous conferences was that attendees were extremely involved and curious about their products and that it was very worthwhile investment of their time and expense. We've had a number of vendors tell us it is the best conference of the year. The tables for vendors will be adjacent to the presentation hall, so all attendees will have to enter and exit the hall through the vendors area, ensuring maximum face-time and exposure for your brand.
